Printing PVC Sheet:
Good ink adhesion: The surface energy of PVC is compatible with UV ink. After curing, the ink is not prone to peeling or scratching, and the printed design adheres firmly, making it suitable for long-term display.
Fast drying: UV light cures the ink instantly without waiting for natural drying. Continuous roll printing is efficient and does not cause set-off or ink dragging.
Strong color reproduction: UV ink has a wide color gamut and high saturation. Text, logos, and fine graphics are reproduced clearly, with matte or gloss finishes available.
Low risk of ink cracking after forming: After blister PVC roll is printed and then vacuum formed, the ink layer has good extensibility and is not prone to cracking or peeling when stretched.
Environmentally friendly and low odor: UV curing involves no solvent evaporation, produces little odor during printing, and meets environmental requirements for packaging products.
Rich surface effects: Special processes such as spot UV raised lettering, frosted effects, and varnishing can be used to enhance the packaging quality.
Compatible with a wide range of materials: Clear, frosted, and solid-color PVC rolls can all be UV printed to meet different needs for blister packaging, decorative films, and other products.
Better weather resistance: The cured UV ink layer has some resistance to abrasion and mild oxidation and is less likely to fade during storage and transport.
